   I’m almost done with my 3 pound jug of Muscle Milk Light and have to say that I’m happy with this product and plan to buy more. It tastes great, fills me up and I think it’s helping me get stronger. I can definitely say that I’m getting stronger. I’m sure that is the result of several factors. One being this product.

   I buy Muscle Milk light for my kids. They get half the recommended amount in a shake for breakfast. It gives my Autistic son the extra protein he needs. He is very picky eater and eats little protein. This with the addition of an Omega-3 supplement has also helped his ADHD.

   This was the only protein shake I could find that was reduced fat, calories and cholesterol but still provide that much needed protein. I find it a bit difficult to find in stores and when I do it is a lot more money than buying on line. Great buy, great product! Kids love the taste!

   I’ve tried lots and lots of various meal replacements etc over the years, and never really found something that the kids liked (my barometers for taste), which would contain all the vitamins etc. This formula has to be the greatest taste available, and even better as it’s mixed with water so can be brought on hols etc and has loads of nutrients. So yes, it’s the best value around, even if it costs, none goes to waste whatsoever, and it’s great for the kids too……

   I’ve been using the product for a while now, and it’s excellent. It tastes great and it’s got all the good stuff in the right amounts. I buy them two at a time. One for the office and one for the house.

   I was so glad to see the light version of this product because the taste is great! I also like the fact that it is lactose free. I make a daily fruit protein shake with it. Talk about tasty – Yum Yum. I look forward to them reducing the fat content even more (without messing up the flavor of course).
